Job Requirements

  • No prior retail experience required
  • must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • able to stand/walk 6-8 hours per day

  • exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • able to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • able to work in wet and dry conditions

  • able to use knives, box cutters, pallet jacks, and other machinery
  • may require use of ladders

Job Duties

  • Ensures fresh and appealing displays by cleaning and stocking shelves
  • assists team leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
  • monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to supervisors
  • completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets
  • assists with periodic inventory checks
  • provides excellent customer service and suggestive selling
  • maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, and merchandising
  • follows health and safety procedures
  • maintains a clean and sanitary environment
  • performs opening, mid, and closing duties
  • immediately reports safety hazards
  • performs other duties as assigned
