Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand/walk 6-8 hours per day
- able to use hands for grasping and manipulation
- able to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- able to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- able to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to use knives, box cutters, pallet jacks, and other machinery
- may require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Ensures fresh and appealing displays by cleaning and stocking shelves
- assists team leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
- monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to supervisors
- completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets
- assists with periodic inventory checks
- provides excellent customer service and suggestive selling
- maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, and merchandising
- follows health and safety procedures
- maintains a clean and sanitary environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- immediately reports safety hazards
- performs other duties as assigned
