- Be at least 16 years of age
- be dependable and reliable
- able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain mutual respect and high ethical standards
- have positive attitude and customer interaction skills
- possess good communication and teamwork skills
- able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and organize
- able to stand, walk, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lbs
- able to walk up to 5 miles during an 8-hour shift
- follow safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations
- perform other related duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Stock the produce department including presentation of product, facing, filling, and organization of all produce items as set by department schematics
- ensure tag and pricing accuracy
- properly stock and rotate merchandise including trimming, watering, and merchandising of products
- maintain high product freshness and quality
- perform inventory control to maximize product availability
- answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner
- adhere to safety and health regulations
