Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation is an advantage
- Physical ability to perform stocking and lifting tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Strong listening and communication skills face-to-face and virtually

- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Build rapport with customers
- Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- Respond to customer questions in an effective manner
- Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
- Work in departments such as meat, seafood, bakery, deli, and grocery
