WKS Krispy Kreme, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated Doughnut Decorator (Processor) to join its team. This position is essential in upholding the Krispy Kreme legacy by processing, finishing, and packaging doughnuts and other products in accordance with brand standards. The role involves a combination of production and customer service skills, making it ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about food quality and presentation. As a Doughnut Decorator, you will play a vital role in supporting shop operations by inspecting products for quality, applying fillings and toppings accurately, and ensuring that the presentation meets stringent company guidelines.
The Doughnut Decorator position is a hands-on role requiring the handling and monitoring of products during busy production periods, including during hot-light hours when doughnuts are pre-packed while fresh and warm. This role also involves restocking the display cases to maintain an appealing presentation for guests, updating waste logs to track product handling accurately, and maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of the production and packaging areas. Employees will also assist guests by providing friendly and courteous service when necessary, answer basic product or promotion questions, engage in upselling, and even conduct shop tours when requested.

Job Duties
- Inspect products for quality according to Krispy Kreme handling and storage standards
- Apply fillings, icing, glazes, and toppings according to approved recipes and procedures
- Package products accurately and attractively according to company standards
- Place unprocessed products on screens or racks following production guidelines
- Monitor products during Hot Light hours and pre-pack hot products as required
- Monitor and restock the front showcase to maintain a full and appealing appearance
- Maintain and update waste logs accurately
