The Doughnut Decorator / Processor role at Krispy Kreme is a vital position within the shop operations team responsible for processing, finishing, and packaging doughnut products according to strict brand standards. The individual will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the production and packaging areas, restocking supplies, and participating in other shop operations activities. This position requires physical stamina to perform lifting, standing, walking, and other movements necessary to keep up with the fast-paced shop environment.

Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills, basic mathematical and literacy abilities, and the capacity to follow detailed production procedures while maintaining food safety standards. They will work under the supervision of the General Manager and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless production process that upholds the Krispy Kreme brand reputation. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $26.00, with final earnings influenced by factors such as experience, location, and hours worked.
