This role as a Production Operator within the Denver facility offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about quality, safety, and operational excellence. As a vital contributor to the manufacturing process, Production Operators are the essential feeder group for various operator roles across unloading, dry pet processing, and dry pet packing departments. Newly hired Production Operators undergo rigorous training to master operating specialized machinery safely and efficiently. After this initial period, operators are placed in specialized roles such as Extruder Operator, Utility Operator, or Packing Operator to ensure smooth production lines and quality assurance.
