Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Capable of working the scheduled shift from 8:30 pm to 5:00 am Sunday through Thursday
- Ability to maintain high energy and physical stamina for a 10-hour shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 70 pounds
- Commitment to following safety and hygiene protocols
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment

- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to maintain high energy over a 10-hour work shift
- Skilled in operating industrial food processing equipment
- Ability to follow detailed process instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Initiate the ice cream manufacturing process
- Utilize raw materials for mixing and pasteurizing custard and flavor bases
- Manage storage of custard and bases in hold tanks
- Ensure appropriate product quantity is available for freezing
- Maintain product quality throughout the production process
- Operate a sophisticated CIP system to clean all process equipment and piping properly
- Use hand tools to craft 2.5-gallon batches of ice cream
