The Process Technician works directly with raw materials to mix and pasteurize custard and flavor bases, operating equipment that stores these ingredients until they are ready for further processing. This role requires attention to detail to maintain the quality of the product as it moves through various stages, including mixing, flavoring, and freezing. The Process Technician also operates a sophisticated Clean-In-Place (CIP) system to thoroughly clean all process equipment and piping, which is crucial to maintaining product safety and quality standards.
