Duties include checking in golfers, collecting fees, booking tee times and lessons, and ensuring that all course rules and procedures are followed courteously and professionally. The position requires balancing responsibilities that range from managing inventory and merchandising to assisting with the training of new staff members. The successful candidate must also be able to handle cash registers, reconcile monies collected, prepare bank deposits, and occasionally act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management.

Flexibility is a must, as the position requires availability during days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
