As a Pro Sales Associate at Behr Paint Company, you will play a vital role partnering with Home Depot stores to serve professional painting contractors. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($20.70 - $32.45), with performance-based bonuses that reward your success in selling BEHR products to the professional trade. You will be the face of Behr to professional painters, contractors, and businesses visiting the store, focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Behr's outside sales representatives and Home Depot Pro Desk staff to ensure that professionals receive impeccable customer service and tailored product solutions.
