Their partnership allows healthcare professionals to find assignments that fit their lifestyles while ensuring that healthcare facilities maintain high standards of care. The companies are committed to fostering an inclusive work culture that embraces diversity and equal opportunity for all healthcare professionals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

The Registered Nurse (RN) position in Santa Rosa, California, represents a key role within a skilled nursing team. Ideal for a dependable and experienced clinician, this role centers on coordinating resident care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring that care delivery complies with federal, state, and facility regulations. Registered Nurses here work under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services and are responsible for supervising and guiding Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurses. This supervisory responsibility underscores the importance of leadership skills, critical thinking, and a thorough understanding of nursing protocols and resident care needs.

As a critical member of the healthcare team, the RN assesses patient needs, coordinates and performs nursing interventions, ensures proper medication administration, and maintains accurate documentation according to regulatory standards. The position demands a high level of clinical expertise, strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, co-workers, and vendors, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Attention to detail is vital, including inventory management of medical supplies and medications, timely responses to emergency situations, and adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

This role also involves flexibility and adaptability, as RNs often step into various duties such as reviewing admissions referrals and supporting nursing staff in their daily responsibilities. The position encourages continuous professional development through mandatory in-service meetings and adherence to departmental and facility policies. Candidates will find this RN opportunity rewarding and stimulating, contributing significantly to enhancing the quality of life for residents and supporting a collaborative and compassionate care team.
