Dedicated to individualized care, River Point Behavioral Health caters specifically to patients with mental health and addiction challenges. The PRN Receptionist position at River Point Behavioral Health is a pivotal role essential to the smooth functioning of the facility. This position involves being the first point of contact for visitors and patients, greeting them warmly and professionally, and handling all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line telephone system. Additionally, this role involves managing overhead paging duties through the hospital intercom system and scheduling all meeting rooms within the hospital efficiently. Beyond these tasks, the receptionist undertakes various clerical responsibilities to support the operational effectiveness of the healthcare environment. This is a non-management, part-time position requiring a minimum of a high school education and prior experience with multi-line telephone systems.
