The role of PRN Receptionist at La Vida Llena is a part-time opportunity designed to provide flexible front desk coverage as necessary. This position plays a critical role in delivering a warm, professional, and service-focused experience to residents, guests, visitors, and team members alike. Job Duties
- Provide front desk coverage as needed by greeting residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information and routing calls to the appropriate departments
- Assist residents and visitors with questions, directions, and general needs while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Support clerical tasks such as mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining front desk organization
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring visitor access and following community procedures
