Job Duties
- ensure efficient timely and friendly service to all residents staff and guests
- perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms common areas restrooms offices wellness areas and other designated areas as assigned
- maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable friendly and willing to assist others
- adapt and be flexible in response to changing resident needs while respecting residents' rights
- display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision
- demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
