We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team of professionals who make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of our senior residents. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the community to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of residents by adhering to regulatory and community standards related to cleanliness and infection control.

The Housekeeper's responsibilities include performing daily cleaning tasks in various areas such as resident rooms, common spaces, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas, ensuring all locations meet our rigorous cleanliness standards. Timely and friendly service is essential, as the role requires interaction with residents, staff, and guests, demonstrating a positive and approachable demeanor consistently.

Critical success factors for this role include a strong customer service attitude, adaptability to residents' changing needs, respect for residents' rights, initiative in completing tasks independently, consistent work attendance, effective communication of resident concerns to management, confidentiality of sensitive information, and maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
