Housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring that resident apartments, common areas, and restrooms are immaculate and inviting. Duties include tasks such as cleaning floors, dusting, trash removal, wet mopping, waxing, disinfecting, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and deodorizing. Housekeepers are also responsible for responding to resident room emergencies and logging cleaning activities in compliance with company standards. Beyond maintenance, this role requires a friendly demeanor as housekeepers frequently interact with residents and guests, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.
