We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our community, contributing directly to the overall experience of our residents. The Housekeeping Associate will perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring that all areas within the facility meet the highest standards of sanitation and organization. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
  • attention to detail and organizational skills
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • ability to follow health and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
  • perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment
  • ensure all resident areas are cleaned and maintained according to company policies
  • manage housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs
  • respond promptly to housekeeping requests and resident needs
  • adhere to safety and health regulations while performing duties
  • collaborate with team members to uphold the highest quality standards in senior living environment
