The Montevista at Coronado is one of Stellar Senior Living's large senior living communities and is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. This position is vital to the daily operations and serves as the welcoming face of the community. The Front Desk Receptionist should be a happy, outgoing, and energetic individual ready to lead and support front desk and dining team functions. The role encompasses managing receptionist and secretarial duties with a strong emphasis on outstanding customer service and approachability. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors warmly, assisting the executive team with various administrative tasks, professionally handling telephone inquiries, and providing excellent support to residents, families, and staff alike. - Prior experience in receptionist or customer service role highly preferred
