Job Duties
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality occupational and employee health care
- Conduct pre-employment processing and occupational health testing
- Perform health surveillance to monitor employee health trends
- Promote employee wellness initiatives to reduce absenteeism
- Assist in managing clinical functions of the employee health programs
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support workplace health and safety
