The establishment hiring for this position is a residential community located at 526 Brookberry Heights Cg, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This particular role is a PRN (pro re nata) or as-needed position for a concierge/receptionist. The role is pivotal in managing the administrative front desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and residents alike. It involves a variety of support duties including greeting guests, answering and directing telephone calls, and maintaining the security monitoring systems such as walkie-talkies, door security systems, and fire panels. The concierge/receptionist also handles resident and visitor logs, ensuring all entries and exits are properly documented for safety and administration purposes.
Beyond security, the role requires administrative skills such as filing, copying, and managing service requests for residents and staff members. This position demands a courteous and professional demeanor to interact harmoniously with residents, visitors, and the internal management team. It is essential that the individual maintains the lobby and front desk area neatly, handles meal ticket sales accurately, and helps coordinate resident transportation schedules.

Job Duties
- Greet all visitors to the community
- answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate party
- take accurate messages
- monitor walkie-talkie, door security system, and fire panel as needed
- monitor resident sign-in and sign-out log and visitor registration log
- perform administrative support functions such as filing and making copies
- fill out and log service request forms for residents and/or staff
- keep front desk and lobby area clean and neat at all times
- sell meal tickets and account for by payroll deduction or personal check
- ensure the security of the building by monitoring logs and checking entrances/exits
- attend in-services and staff meetings as required
- assist with coordinating van schedule for residents
- follow confidentiality policies regarding release of resident information
- complete all other duties as assigned
