Grand Living is revolutionizing the way multiple generations approach and celebrate life, swiftly establishing itself as an iconic name within senior hospitality. Founded with a vision to craft unique senior living communities, Grand Living has blossomed into a distinguished collection of residences characterized by luxury-inspired amenities and exceptional service, designed to cater to the needs of its residents and visitors alike. The company's portfolio features gracious apartments that showcase stunning décor and design excellence at every turn, creating an atmosphere that exudes both comfort and elegance. More than just the physical beauty of the spaces, what truly stands out at Grand Living is its people. The dedicated team members bring an unmatched level of personal service in every interaction, making the experience not just about the architecture or amenities but about heartfelt connections and attentive care.
The Concierge role at Grand Living plays a pivotal part in elevating the resident experience. Serving as the community's first point of contact, the Concierge is instrumental in providing support and handling administrative tasks with The Sterling Touch® style — a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional approach that drives high levels of resident satisfaction. The Concierge’s duties encompass various clerical tasks, coordinating community activities, managing resident requests, distributing correspondence, directing phone calls, and engaging warmly with visitors, guests, residents, and fellow team members. This position operates under the guidance of the Business Office Manager and is expected to uphold the community’s standards, processes, procedures, practices, and overall philosophy. This role not only demands excellent organizational and interpersonal skills but also a genuine passion for ensuring every resident feels valued and cared for within a luxurious, upscale environment.
Grand Living offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive suite of benefits to full-time employees, reflecting its commitment to the wellbeing and satisfaction of its team. The benefits include a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program that starts with 120 hours in the first year and increases with tenure, affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match, automatic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, and access to an employee assistance program (EAP). Additionally, employees enjoy complimentary meals (subject to eligibility), use of the Grand Spa & Fitness facilities during designated times, and the opportunity to work within a high-end, upscale community that values and celebrates diversity and inclusion. Grand Living proudly promotes an environment where differences are not just accepted but embraced, ensuring a supportive workplace for all. This Concierge role is ideal for candidates who are committed to delivering exemplary service and thrive in elegant, senior living hospitality settings.
