The role of the PRN Concierge at Nouveau Marc by Barclay House is integral to the delivery of exceptional hospitality services. As the first point of contact, the concierge offers a warm and professional welcome to residents, guests, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities including courteous phone answering, proper visitor direction, and maintaining an orderly and inviting lobby and front porch area along with assisting with activities and general office tasks. The PRN Concierge role requires attentiveness, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work within a 24-hour operational environment, including weekends and holidays. Job Requirements
- Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
- high school diploma or GED
- two years general office experience including reception experience
- experience working with older adult population preferred
- professional and polished with proper grammar skills and pleasant voice tone
- excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and oral/written skills
- ability to work in team environment
- must be attentive to details, able to multi-task, and work with multiple interruptions
- basic knowledge with Microsoft Word preferred
- basic knowledge with Microsoft Excel preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules in 24-hour operation including weekends and holidays as requested
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- two years of general office experience including reception duties
- experience working with older adults preferred

Job Duties
- Offer high level hospitality to all residents, guests and employees
- fulfill front desk responsibilities including courteous phone answering and visitor direction
- ensure lobby and front porch are clean and free of trash
- assist with lobby activities and lead weekend and evening activities during low traffic times
- assist with general office tasks as requested
- maintain a welcoming and safe front desk environment
- support team in delivering excellent customer service
