Job Description

Legacy Village of Salt River is a reputable senior living community dedicated to providing a supportive and caring environment for older adults. Situated in a welcoming neighborhood, the community offers a range of residential options and comprehensive amenities designed to promote independence, comfort, and quality of life for its residents. With a focus on compassionate care and vibrant social engagement, Legacy Village of Salt River has built a reputation for excellence in senior living services. The community proudly operates under six core values: Be Loving, Choose Wisely, Perform Together, Act Boldly, Express Gratitude, and Mind the Store, which guide the daily interactions and overall philosophy of care for residents, families, and the team.

We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable PRN Concierge to join our senior living team at Legacy Village of Salt River. This part-time, on-call position offers a flexible work schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for retirees, semi-retired individuals, or anyone looking for meaningful, flexible employment within a supportive community. The pay for this position starts between $17 and $18.50 per hour, depending on experience.

As a PRN Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, their families, and visitors. Your role is crucial in establishing a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring all who enter feel valued and supported. The position typically involves approximately 16 to 30 hours per week, with shifts available during the day and evening to accommodate coverage needs. Your presence will foster reassurance, kindness, and direction through everyday interactions, positively impacting the overall experience of those within the community.

Key concierge responsibilities include greeting residents, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth, managing phone calls by answering and directing them appropriately, and assisting with various questions, requests, and general inquiries. You will also support internal communication between departments and provide light administrative assistance aimed at maintaining an organized and efficient front desk operation. Your contribution will help create a positive atmosphere that reflects the culture of respect and teamwork Legacy Village of Salt River embraces.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, a friendly and welcoming personality, and a genuine compassion and empathy for seniors and their families. Basic computer proficiency is necessary to manage administrative tasks, and previous experience working at a front desk or in a receptionist role is preferred but not required. Above all, you should enjoy working in a meaningful setting where your role makes a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Joining Legacy Village of Salt River means becoming part of a community that deeply values connection, care, and service. Our workplace culture is often described as feeling like a family, where teamwork, respect, and appreciation are at the forefront. If you are seeking a flexible job that allows you to contribute to a supportive and engaging senior living community, we encourage you to apply today through our quick, mobile-friendly application process. Become a vital part of a team dedicated to enhancing the well-being and comfort of our residents through your commitment and sunny disposition.
