Broadway Cityview is currently recruiting a hospitality-focused Concierge to become the welcoming face of the community. This role plays a vital part by ensuring every visitor, resident, guest, prospective employee, supplier, vendor, and outside service provider feels valued and warmly received. As the Concierge, you will be the first person others interact with when entering the community, making your role crucial in setting the tone for a positive experience. Your responsibilities include providing continuous telephone coverage, addressing and resolving issues presented by various stakeholders, accepting deliveries, notifying residents of their packages, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting the HR and Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments. This role demands excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality and senior engagement. Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a way that meets organizational objectives and ensures individuals feel appropriately served
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- accept delivery packages and meal orders, notify residents of their packages
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the HR/Business Office Manager with projects and assignments
