Job Requirements
- At least six months of caregiving experience or current CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
- able to commute to client locations especially north of the river if residing in Ft Myers or Lehigh Acres
Job Qualifications
- At least six months caregiving experience or current CNA, HHA, PCA, or DSP certification
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight
- reliable and capable of traveling to various client locations
- willingness to undergo training for certification
- basic knowledge of personal care techniques
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and conversation
- assist with activities, mobility, and stand-by support
- prepare meals for clients
- remind clients to take medications
- support personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- perform light housekeeping tasks
