Grand Living is a pioneering brand in senior hospitality that is dedicated to transforming the way generations embrace life. This company has rapidly grown to become an iconic name in the industry by creating distinctive senior living communities that provide luxurious, comfortable, and supportive environments for seniors. Grand Living’s residences stand out with gracious apartments and stunning décor, representing design excellence at every corner. However, what truly sets Grand Living apart is its people and their unparalleled commitment to delivering personal service in every engagement. This commitment is not just a practice but the heart and soul of the company’s mission, ensuring that every resident and guest feels valued, cared for, and genuinely embraced.

The company offers a variety of dining experiences across its communities, including casual bistros, formal dining areas, and specialized venues like Luminations® memory care and the Club Room. Grand Living values the provision of exceptional culinary and service experiences, enhancing the quality of life for its residents. As part of their team, employees contribute to an upscale, welcoming atmosphere that makes each meal more than just nourishment. It is an opportunity to connect, savor, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures in an extraordinary setting.

The position available at Grand Living is that of a Busser / Food Runner, specifically offering PRN (pro re nata or as-needed) assistance on weekdays during dinner hours when the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the overall dining experience by efficiently assisting in the delivery of culinary activities across all dining venues and special events. Working under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, the Busser / Food Runner plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. The job is designed for individuals who bring The Sterling Touch® — characterized by friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, and timeliness in their work. The goal is to ensure exceptional satisfaction for residents, family members, and guests every time.

The Busser / Food Runner is responsible for tasks such as clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers by delivering food quickly and courteously, and attending to special events and private functions with professionalism. This position requires agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work cohesively within a team. Grand Living fosters a high-end, upscale work environment where exquisite cuisine and a strong culture of respect and hospitality are paramount. As a company committed to its employees, Grand Living offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time roles, emphasizing employee wellness, growth, and balance.
