Job Requirements

- Previous receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn HIPAA and privacy requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet and screen visitors in accordance with facility policies and infection-control protocols
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain accurate logs
- Answer and properly route incoming calls while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality
- Monitor and control access to the facility in collaboration with nursing leadership
- Provide general administrative support while protecting resident privacy
- Respond professionally to residents, families, staff, and vendors
- Adhere to all CMS, HIPAA, and facility compliance standards
