The position of PRN Receptionist at Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Care Center plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the facility's front desk and reception area. This role is designed for those seeking flexible, as-needed work hours, typically covering shifts from 3 pm to 7:30 pm. The receptionist acts as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, staff, and vendors, upholding a secure, welcoming environment while ensuring strict compliance with healthcare privacy laws such as HIPAA, and regulatory standards from CMS. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Monitor and control access to the facility in collaboration with nursing leadership
  • Provide general administrative support while protecting resident privacy
  • Respond professionally to residents, families, staff, and vendors
