We are currently seeking to enhance our Residential team at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston with a passionate Private Lounge Server. This role is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about hospitality, meticulous in service delivery, and eager to contribute to our guests’ exceptional experience within a luxury setting. The Private Lounge Server will have the responsibility of ensuring meal delivery and service in the private residential lounge is executed with the utmost accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards recognized globally by Four Seasons.

In this position, you will be essential in providing seamless service that anticipates resident needs, responds proactively to requests, and upholds the brand’s reputation for luxurious hospitality. You will assist in all aspects of food and beverage delivery, table setup, and maintenance of the private lounge environment, including managing guest interactions with warmth and respect consistent with Four Seasons’ standards. The role requires working independently during shifts, handling cash and credit transactions accurately, and working flexible schedules that include weekends, nights, and holidays.
