Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferred
- at least five years of catering sales experience in private club or related industry
- proven event planning skills
- professional presentation skills
- ability to travel for business
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- results-driven mindset
Job Qualifications
- at least five years of experience in catering sales in a private club or related industry
- demonstrated knowledge of event operations
- startup/opening of hotels and restaurants experience preferred
- service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- results-driven leader who is fearless about execution, is creative, can champion a vision and roadmap, and is not afraid to dig into the details
Job Duties
- travel to meet with or call members and member referrals by telephone to solicit annual, week day and weekend business
- assist clients in planning and executing meetings and celebrations
- execute event planning and detailing for booked events
- coordinate vendors such as floral, entertainment, decor, A/V to provide complete member satisfaction
