The Private Events Manager role is central to our mission of providing seamless and memorable private events. This includes menu planning, developing floor plans, coordinating timelines, and liaising with vendors. Collaboration with culinary, beverage, and operations teams is key to ensuring outstanding guest service and smooth event execution.

Pre-event meetings with both clients and internal teams reinforce clarity and alignment on all event logistics and expectations. The role also involves proactive prospecting and responding to inbound event inquiries, maintaining accurate event records, banquet event orders (BEOs), and customer relationship management (CRM) data to ensure communication remains clear and planning efficient. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships is a priority, driving repeat business and referrals that contribute to the company’s success.
