Job Description

We are a dynamic hospitality group known for our diverse venues that accommodate a variety of private events, including intimate dinners, semi-private gatherings, weddings, and large-scale corporate functions. Our organization prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences that combine creativity, attention to detail, and flawless execution. With a portfolio that offers multiple venues and event styles, we have cultivated a supportive and team-oriented culture where innovation, passion, and initiative are highly valued. Our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction sets us apart as a leader in the hospitality industry, making us an ideal place for professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in event management.

The Private Events Manager role is central to our mission of providing seamless and memorable private events. This position requires a polished, hospitality-driven individual who excels in managing the intricate details of private dining, semi-private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings. The role is a unique blend of sales expertise, creative event planning, and day-of coordination, where success is measured by both client satisfaction and the flawless execution of events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and event environment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming client visions into elevated experiences that uphold our brand's standard of excellence.

The position offers a base salary with performance-based commissions, rewarding those who consistently deliver exceptional results and grow our client base. As the main point of contact for all private and semi-private events, the Private Events Manager manages every element from post-booking arrangements through to post-event follow-up. This includes menu planning, developing floor plans, coordinating timelines, and liaising with vendors. Collaboration with culinary, beverage, and operations teams is key to ensuring outstanding guest service and smooth event execution.

Pre-event meetings with both clients and internal teams reinforce clarity and alignment on all event logistics and expectations. The role also involves proactive prospecting and responding to inbound event inquiries, maintaining accurate event records, banquet event orders (BEOs), and customer relationship management (CRM) data to ensure communication remains clear and planning efficient. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships is a priority, driving repeat business and referrals that contribute to the company’s success.

Working in this role means representing our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Candidates with experience in private event sales and coordination, especially within restaurant, hotel, or event venue settings, will find this role both challenging and rewarding. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines, and a comprehensive understanding of current food, beverage, and event trends to effectively guide clients through their decisions. Familiarity with event management or CRM platforms such as Tripleseat, OpenTable, or Toast is preferred.

This opportunity is perfect for professionals seeking to grow their careers within a vibrant hospitality company that values creativity and initiative. Employees enjoy a competitive salary and commission structure along with a supportive work culture that encourages personal and professional development. The Private Events Manager role is an exciting chance to create memorable experiences for guests, lead dynamic events, and be part of a passionate, expanding company dedicated to hospitality excellence.
