Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in private event sales and coordination within a restaurant, hotel, or event venue setting
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple events, clients, and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and event trends
- Strong client relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Familiarity with event management or CRM platforms preferred

- Familiarity with event management or CRM platforms preferred (Tripleseat, OpenTable, Toast)
Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for all private and semi-private events
- Manage event details post booking through post-event follow-up, including menu planning, floor plans, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Partner closely with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure exceptional guest service and flawless event execution
- Conduct detailed pre-event meetings with clients and internal teams to align on all logistics and expectations
- Actively prospect and respond to leads through inbound inquiries and outreach
- Maintain accurate event records, BEOs, and CRM data for clear communication and efficient planning
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
