We are a dynamic and prestigious hospitality group based in Providence, Rhode Island, renowned for delivering exceptional dining and event experiences across multiple venues. Our company thrives on creativity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence, catering to a diverse clientele that includes intimate gatherings, elegant private dinners, weddings, corporate functions, and large-scale galas. We pride ourselves on creating memorable moments that align impeccably with our brand's high standards and reputation for quality service. Our venues offer unique and versatile spaces designed to accommodate various event styles and sizes, supported by skilled culinary and beverage teams dedicated to ensuring flawless execution. As an employer, we embrace a supportive, collaborative culture that encourages initiative, professional growth, and innovation in event planning and hospitality management.

We are currently seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Private Events Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with additional performance-based commission opportunities that reward your success in sales and event coordination. The Private Events Manager will be instrumental in managing the detailed execution of private dining events, semi-private gatherings, weddings, and corporate functions across our prestigious venues. This position requires a blend of sales savvy, creative event planning skills, and hands-on day-of coordination to ensure every guest's experience is seamless, personalized, and memorable.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant and event environment, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about hospitality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through booking, event planning, and post-event follow-up. Your role will involve close collaboration with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to align all logistics, menus, and service details with client expectations and brand standards. Effective communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential, as you will manage multiple clients and events simultaneously while maintaining meticulous records, contracts, and timelines. Familiarity with event management or CRM platforms like Tripleseat, OpenTable, or Toast will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position requires flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays to accommodate various event schedules. We value relationship-building and negotiation skills, as you will nurture long-term client connections that drive repeat business and referrals. Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, you will help elevate our group's reputation in the hospitality industry while advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment. Join us to play a key role in creating lasting memories for our guests and contributing to the success of a passionate, expanding hospitality company with diverse and exciting event opportunities.
