Job Description
We are a dynamic hospitality group renowned for hosting a broad spectrum of events across multiple unique venues. Our offerings range from intimate private dinners to grand-scale galas, each carefully curated to provide exemplary service and extraordinary guest experiences. With a commitment to excellence and innovation in hospitality, our group has established a reputation for delivering unforgettable occasions marked by meticulous attention to detail and seamless execution. Our team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and a passion for creating memorable moments that resonate with guests long after the event concludes.
We are currently seeking a polished and hospitality-driven Private Events Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing the detailed execution of private dining, semi-private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings. This is a pivotal role that blends sales acumen with creative event planning and day-of coordination to ensure every event delights our clients and exceeds their expectations. The successful candidate will flourish in a fast-paced environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and be adept at translating client visions into sophisticated experiences that align with our brand’s high standards.
This position is a base salary role with additional performance-based commission opportunities, reflecting our commitment to rewarding excellence and results. The Private Events Manager serves as the main liaison for clients, handling all touchpoints from booking through post-event follow-up. Key responsibilities include menu planning, floor layout coordination, timeline management, and vendor liaison, all while partnering closely with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously, and a thorough understanding of current food, beverage, and event trends. Candidates should have experience in private event sales and coordination within environments such as restaurants, hotels, or event venues. Flexible availability is essential, as the position demands working during evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays to meet event schedules.
Our company fosters a team-oriented culture that encourages initiative and creativity, offering a competitive salary, commission, and benefits package. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals, while also allowing you to grow professionally within an expanding hospitality group dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized service.
