A strong customer service orientation, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask while managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously are essential qualifications for success. Knowledge of bartending and familiarity with vendor coordination also enhance a candidate’s profile.

Compensation for this position is competitive and includes a base salary commensurate with experience along with an incentive-based bonus potential. Additional benefits include a 401k plan with employer match, enhanced paid parental leave, paid time off up to 21 days plus sick leave, extensive staff discounts on beer and merchandise, flexible scheduling including flex days for weekend events, milestone benefits such as travel and sabbaticals, shift beverages, and mileage and travel expense reimbursements as needed. This comprehensive benefits package reflects Badger State Brewing’s investment in its team’s well-being and professional growth.
