Job Duties

  • meet with clients to determine event objectives, preferences, and budgets
  • develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets
  • source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors including caterers, decorators, entertainment, and rental companies
  • manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and technical requirements
  • oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure adherence to client specifications and safety standards
  • provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on the event day
  • troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events promptly
