Job Description
Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a branch of TheKey, is a premier nursing referral agency dedicated to providing exceptional private duty nursing and therapy services. Specializing in connecting highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and therapists such as Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Occupational Therapists (OT) with discerning VIP clients who require personalized in-home care, Concierge Nursing Referral Services prides itself on delivering superior one-on-one healthcare experiences. Our clients expect and receive the highest quality care in the comfort and privacy of their own homes, with services tailored to meet their individual needs.
We understand the importance of flexibility, independence, and professional autonomy for healthcare providers, and that is why we offer competitive pay rates, starting at $65 per hour, with variations negotiated on a case-by-case basis prior to commencement. As an independent contractor working on a 1099 basis, you have complete control over your schedule, income, and the clients you accept. This unique arrangement allows nurses and therapists to choose assignments that best fit their lifestyle and expertise, whether on a short visit basis (up to 2 hours) or full shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, provided on a per-diem or long-term basis.
By joining Concierge Nursing Referral Services, you step away from the fast-paced environment of hospitals and clinical settings and transition into providing compassionate and skilled care within patients' homes. This role emphasizes quality over quantity, focusing on delivering individualized attention and expert care that promotes patients' well-being and autonomy. Our clinicians assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, wound care management, medication administration, and transportation to appointments, among other responsibilities.
Our commitment to excellence is matched by our support to clinicians, guaranteeing timely weekly payments, thorough case preparation, and streamlined communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Additionally, we provide opportunities to enhance your professional skills through ongoing interactions with a dedicated team that values your expertise. Concierge Nursing Referral Services operates on a private pay model, ensuring that clients and providers alike engage directly, fostering a transparent and respectful care relationship without the complications of insurance billing.
If you are a licensed RN with a passion for delivering highly personalized, quality care in a flexible work environment, Concierge Nursing Referral Services offers a prestigious platform to expand your professional horizons. Join us as we redefine in-home nursing and therapy, elevating the standard of care for clients who demand the best. Embrace independence, competitive compensation, and meaningful work where every day brings rewarding experiences and opportunities to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
