Job Description

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a branch of TheKey, is a premier nursing referral service specializing in connecting skilled private duty nurses and therapists with discerning VIP clients who require personalized in-home care. Our distinguished reputation stems from our commitment to matching experienced and compassionate clinicians, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), and others with clients who expect and deserve the highest quality care in the comfort and privacy of their own homes. As a top-tier private pay service, we do not accept insurance; instead, our clients pay directly for exceptional services tailored to their unique healthcare needs.

Our organization prides itself on fostering a professional yet flexible environment for healthcare providers. We offer competitive starting pay rates beginning at $60 per hour, which vary depending on the specifics of each case and are thoroughly negotiated prior to assignment. Employment is on a contract or PRN basis, where clinicians work as independent contractors, giving them full control over their schedules and the flexibility to select which cases align with their expertise and availability. Payment is processed weekly to support reliable income flow.

This nursing referral service is ideal for clinicians seeking private duty work that deviates from the fast-paced, often congested clinical setting. Instead, you will deliver one-on-one, personalized patient care within the patient’s home, providing a more intimate and less stressful work environment. Shift durations vary considerably, accommodating short visits of up to two hours or longer shifts of eight to twelve hours, offered either on a per-diem or extended basis depending on client requirements.

Your role will encompass a broad scope of responsibilities including assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), conducting vital sign monitoring, providing wound care, and facilitating transportation to medical appointments. You will deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by physicians, always operating within your professional scope of practice. Thorough documentation according to company policies is essential, alongside effective communication with doctors, family members, and office personnel to ensure comprehensive client care coordination. You will also be responsible for acquiring and managing necessary supplies such as durable medical equipment (DME), wound care materials, and medications. When needed, you will extend your expertise to train clients and their families to foster independence and improve health outcomes.

Concierge Nursing Referral Services stands out not only for exceptional client care but also for what we offer our clinicians. Working with us, you will enjoy competitive compensation, unparalleled work schedule flexibility as a 1099 independent contractor, and a rewarding change of pace by providing care in one-on-one home settings. We emphasize reliability, clinical excellence, and compassion in our clinicians and are dedicated to cultivating careers through ongoing support and respect for your professional autonomy.

We invite licensed Registered Nurses in Texas who have at least two years of nursing experience, hold valid CPR/BLS certification, and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to join our dynamic team. If you are dependable, timely, technically savvy, and eager to make a profound difference in the lives of VIP clients by delivering tailored private duty care, Concierge Nursing Referral Services is the ideal platform to advance your career and embrace meaningful patient-centered home care.
