Job Description

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, is a distinguished healthcare provider dedicated to connecting elite Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with VIP clients requiring premium, personalized private duty nursing care in the comfort of their own homes. As a reputable agency that caters exclusively to discerning clients, Concierge Nursing Referral Services offers nurses the opportunity to escape the typical high-pressure environments of traditional hospitals. This company stands out by empowering nurses with autonomy over their schedules, caseloads, and incomes, fostering a balanced, rewarding professional experience.

The company focuses on delivering high-end, one-on-one nursing services tailored to meet the unique healthcare needs of each client. Nurses working with Concierge Nursing Referral Services enjoy top-tier pay starting at $70 per hour, with rates negotiated on a case-by-case basis, paid weekly. This role offers substantial flexibility, operating as an independent contractor (1099), allowing nurses to control when, where, and how often they work. Whether it's flexible 8 to 12-hour shifts, short visits, per-diem assignments, or ongoing long-term cases, nurses can select engagements that best fit their lifestyles and professional goals.

The Concierge Private Duty Nurse role is a unique career path designed for highly skilled and compassionate nurses who desire to deliver focused, premium clinical care without the constraints of large patient ratios or rushed hospital routines. Nurses provide comprehensive skilled nursing services, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, wound care, medication management, and implementing doctor-prescribed treatments. Moreover, the role extends beyond clinical tasks to include coordinating client logistics such as medical supplies and transportation. It requires attentive communication with families, doctors, and the agency to ensure seamless care delivery.

In addition to clinical expertise, Concierge Private Duty Nurses are entrusted with empowering patients and families through personalized health education and training. The role demands strong professionalism, reliability, and the capacity to work independently while adhering to the highest standards of care and discretion expected by a prestigious clientele. With an emphasis on autonomy and respect, this position offers an enriching alternative to traditional nursing environments, ideal for those looking to elevate their career while maintain work-life balance.

Nurses joining Concierge Nursing Referral Services become part of a network of elite clinicians recognized for their dedication and excellence in private duty care. This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your nursing career in a flexible and financially rewarding setting while delivering impactful, compassionate care to those who value and require premium health services.
