Job Description
Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a distinguished branch of TheKey, is renowned for delivering exceptional private duty nursing and therapy referrals. Serving discerning VIP clients throughout Massachusetts, we specialize in connecting highly skilled private duty nurses (Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses) and therapists (Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, among others) with individuals who require personalized, one-on-one in-home care. Our service prioritizes quality and personalization, offering care that ranges from short visits lasting up to two hours, hourly shifts of 8 to 12 hours, to long-term and per-diem arrangements. Unlike traditional healthcare providers, we operate exclusively on a private pay model, meaning our clients directly pay for our services without involving insurance, which underscores the premium level of care we maintain and deliver.
At Concierge Nursing Referral Services, we understand that healthcare is not just about treatment but about trust, comfort, and individualized attention. Our clients expect nothing less than the highest standards of clinical expertise combined with compassionate care. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses who wish to work independently while making a tangible difference in a patient’s life from the comfort of the patient’s own home. Our clinicians enjoy a rewarding change of pace from typical clinical or hospital environments, experiencing the fulfillment that comes from focused one-on-one care.
As a Registered Nurse contractor with Concierge Nursing Referral Services, you will have the freedom and autonomy to select cases that best suit your skills and schedule. Pay rates start competitively at 70 dollars per hour, with exact compensation negotiated prior to case commencement, reflecting the unique requirements and responsibilities of each assignment. Payments are reliably processed on a weekly basis, reinforcing our commitment to supporting our clinicians promptly and fairly. This contract and PRN position allows nurses the flexibility to work when they want, making it an ideal fit for those seeking both financial rewards and work-life balance.
The role involves delivering skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client’s physician, encompassing a broad scope of duties. You will be expected to administer personal care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, wound care treatment, and managing transportation logistics for appointments. Documentation is an essential part of the position, requiring accurate and timely recording of care provided, in line with agency policies. Effective communication is paramount; you will interact regularly with doctors, family members, office personnel, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination and client well-being. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage necessary client supplies such as durable medical equipment, wound care materials, and medications, while also providing training and education to clients and/or their families as needed.
This role demands a professional who is self-motivated, dependable, and proficient in managing their responsibilities with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills and technical savviness are required to handle documentation and communication efficiently. We value reliability and punctuality and expect our clinicians to exemplify these qualities in each case. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is mandatory.
Joining Concierge Nursing Referral Services means becoming part of a team dedicated to excellence in private duty nursing care. Our mission is to consistently deliver unparalleled clinical services that improve the quality of life for our clients in a warm, home setting. If you are a licensed RN in Massachusetts, passionate about providing outstanding in-home care, and eager to enjoy flexible work arrangements with competitive pay, then this opportunity is perfectly suited for you. We look forward to collaborating with nursing professionals who share our commitment to transforming home care into a deeply satisfying and highly effective healthcare experience.
