Job Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • BLS required
  • Experience in placing peripheral IVs, accessing ports and working with PICC lines
  • Ability to use sound judgement
  • Remain calm in various situations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Florida Clearinghouse background screening

Job Qualifications

  • BLS required

  • Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
  • Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted under a client's plan of care that can be safely provided in the home within your scope of practice
  • Counsel clients and family in meeting nursing and related needs
  • Meet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and procedure
  • Coordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicated
  • Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
