As an LVN with Concierge Nursing Referral Services, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive nursing services that cover activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assisting clients with transportation to medical appointments. Your skilled nursing practice will adhere strictly to physician orders and the limits of your licensure, ensuring both client safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires thorough documentation to meet agency policies while maintaining clear and prompt communication with clients’ families, physicians, and internal offices. Additionally, part of your responsibility will include coordinating medical supplies, such as durable medical equipment (DME), wound care materials, and medications, as well as providing necessary training to clients and their families to support health and wellness.
