Job Description

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a division of TheKey, is a premier nursing referral agency specializing in connecting highly skilled private duty nurses and therapists with discerning VIP clients who require superior in-home care services. Operating as a private pay service, we do not accept insurance, which allows us to focus exclusively on providing personalized, customized one-on-one care tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. Our clinicians include Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and licensed therapists such as Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Occupational Therapists (OT).

Our mission is to deliver exceptional healthcare services within the comfort and privacy of the client’s home, ensuring a welcoming environment that fosters healing, well-being, and independence. The services we offer vary from short visits lasting up to two hours to extended shifts of 8 to 12 hours, arranged on either a per diem or long-term basis. By partnering with compassionate and experienced professionals, we maintain a commitment to high standards of care, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing client satisfaction.

We invite Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team as independent contractors, allowing you to take control of your schedule, clients, and earning potential. Pay rates start at $40 per hour but are negotiable on a case-by-case basis depending on client needs and specific care requirements. This flexible work arrangement offers clinicians the freedom to select which clients and cases to accept, fitting work around your lifestyle and personal commitments.

As an LPN contractor with Concierge Nursing Referral Services, you will experience the rewards of providing one-on-one in-home patient care, a notable change from fast-paced clinical settings. You will build meaningful relationships with your clients while delivering skilled nursing services in a way that respects each individual’s dignity and fosters their comfort. This role demands accountability, autonomy, and a commitment to excellence, supported by regular communication with relevant parties including doctors, family members, and our agency office.

Our service model emphasizes the value of personalized care in a relaxed, private environment. We provide competitive pay with prompt weekly payments, and flexibility that empowers you as a healthcare professional. Operating as a 1099 independent contractor, you manage your own schedule and gain experience working directly with clients who appreciate and expect the highest standard in private duty nursing.

Join Concierge Nursing Referral Services and be part of a dedicated network delivering exceptional, client-centered healthcare solutions in New Jersey. As a vital member of our team, your expertise and compassion will contribute meaningfully to enhancing the quality of life for our VIP clients, reflecting your professional values and standards while enjoying a balanced, flexible professional lifestyle.
