This particular full-time, non-management Food and Beverage position is based at 401 E Upper Wacker Dr, Chicago, Illinois. The role involves serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while adhering to the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. The position is tip eligible and offers a wage of $18.98 per hour. It requires flexibility with shift timings and a willingness to work weekends and holidays, which are preferred. The employee will set tables according to event type and service standards, assist guests with menu selections, and communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding special meal requirements, allergies, product availability, and order statuses.

The server’s responsibilities ensure seamless guest experiences by promptly recording transactions, engaging guests throughout their meal to confirm satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the service area throughout the day. Closing duties involve restocking items and securing the area. This position demands a professional appearance and strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality protocols.
