Job Requirements
- Previous experience in casual dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- experience serving food and beverages in a fast-paced setting
- bartending, banquet, or catering experience is a plus
- knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining professionalism
- excellent communication skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate order delivery

Job Duties
- Greet members warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, offering menu recommendations when appropriate
- serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold hygiene standards
- set up and break down poolside dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and service stations
- assist with light bartending daily and catering setup as needed to support event needs
- monitor member satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests to enhance their experience
