Job Requirements
- Full-time availability averaging 5 days per week including early morning through evening coverage
- Flexibility to work staggered 8-hour shifts typically from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Willingness to travel as required to local and out-of-state residences
- Experience with high-end culinary service in private residences or equivalent settings
- Capability to contribute to menu planning and kitchen inventory management
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen organization
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Collaborate as part of a multi-chef team operating a full-time residential kitchen
- Prepare refined meals for the principal and guests
- Oversee daily meal service including lunch service for a team of approximately 50 staff members
- Contribute to menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory oversight
- Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
- Assist with general kitchen operations and service needs as they arise
- Travel as needed to support culinary operations across locations
