- Deep knowledge of vegan and vegetarian cooking with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients

Job Duties
- Plan and prepare vibrant plant-based meals for the family
- stock the fridge with pre-prepared meals and snacks for the week
- collaborate directly with the principals to create weekly menus tailored to preferences and dietary needs
- source all ingredients including trips to local farmers markets and specialty purveyors
- occasionally assist with weekend entertaining with prior notice
