The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing and executing personalized dining experiences that satisfy nutritional goals while addressing taste preferences and dietary restrictions. The role requires creativity, organizational skills, and adaptability, along with the ability to prepare a diverse range of cuisines in a refined and private setting. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM, providing stability and a well-balanced work schedule in a respectful and professional work environment.
As a Private Chef at this exclusive ranch estate, you will have the autonomy to develop seasonal menus and source specialty ingredients, ensuring every meal is balanced, nutritious, and visually appealing. You will be responsible for managing food inventory, overseeing kitchen supplies, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization. This role also involves preparing meals for special events, holidays, and entertaining guests, requiring discretion and professionalism at all times. Job Requirements
- Culinary degree from an accredited culinary program
- Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience
- Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines and modern cooking techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines and modern cooking techniques

- Plan, prepare, and present exceptional daily meals for the principals, family, and guests

- Purchase groceries and specialty ingredients while managing food inventory and kitchen supplies
