Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend reach and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality bar service or guest relations preferred including Forbes Travel Guide experience
- Strong knowledge of beverages including wines spirits and premium amenities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a service-driven mindset
- Ability to handle guest requests with discretion efficiency and grace
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Curate stock replenish and organize in-room mini bars and private lounge areas ensuring all offerings are presented with precision elegance and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels daily and proactively communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure all products are fresh properly labeled and aligned with Palm House luxury standards
- Serve beverages and light fare to guests in a courteous refined and discreet manner when required
- Anticipate guest preferences by reviewing profiles and tailoring selections to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately record post and manage mini bar consumption and guest requests in a timely manner
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and organization across all assigned areas
