The position is entirely onsite and requires a robust background in IT systems administration, primarily focused on secure, cost-effective environments for classified programs. The successful candidate will be pivotal in supporting classified information systems by provisioning, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining Linux and Windows hardware and software infrastructure. The role involves close collaboration with program teams to develop computing solutions that meet complex security and performance demands. This role demands readiness to support 24x7 operational systems with occasional after-hours work and up to 5% travel. The start date depends on the ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance, specifically a transferable DoD Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

This full-time, onsite position offers a salary range between $86,800 and $165,200, reflecting candidate experience, location, and qualifications. The candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Raytheon emphasizes a values-driven workplace focused on Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation, promoting a culture that supports professional growth and work-life balance.
