The vision for this role is to make the Kitchen Display System a standard in the vast majority of kitchens using Toast technology within the next few years. Achieving this ambitious goal involves supporting sophisticated enterprise kitchen workflows, leveraging kitchen data and AI-powered operational insights for differentiation, and expanding adoption among restaurants still reliant on manual paper ticket systems. As a Product Manager for the Kitchen Display System, you will lead the product's strategic direction, focusing on enriching enterprise workflows, driving growth in small and medium businesses, and advancing the agentic AI initiatives that promise to revolutionize kitchen efficiency. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of KDS, working directly with large restaurant groups to understand and translate complex, high-stakes operational workflows into scalable, market-wide solutions.
