Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining engineering specifications for end-user devices and enterprise applications, leading root cause analyses, and proactively identifying risks to prevent issues before they arise. You will also design, implement, test, and support productivity platforms and hardware, while integrating and managing communication solutions such as voice over IP (VoIP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), and Microsoft Teams Phone System.

The role requires collaboration across various technical functions, utilizing software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies to efficiently plan and execute technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to engineer and support enterprise audiovisual and video management systems, ensure alignment with organizational standards, and provide advanced technical support across Windows, Mac OS, and cloud platforms. The position calls for individuals with strong skills in scripting and automation, network troubleshooting, and a working knowledge of modern security protocols and cloud services.

This role is ideal for those with a solid background in enterprise solutions engineering and deep familiarity with emerging technologies, who are eager to contribute to an industry-leading airline. You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous learning, technical excellence, and the pursuit of innovative digital solutions that enhance the team members’ experience. If you are ready to join a company where your career growth is supported and your personal well-being is prioritized, while enjoying extensive travel perks and health benefits from day one, American Airlines offers a truly exceptional career path.

Come join American Airlines where you can develop your expertise, make meaningful impacts, and be part of a culture that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and the pursuit of excellence.
