Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
  • six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with and fulfilling customer requests
  • prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food according to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • ability to learn quickly
  • effective oral communication skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties

  • lead each shift and act as a role model for store operations standards
