This opportunity is for a full-time Primary Care physician role within Providence Medical Group’s collaborative network of 11 primary care clinics located in Spokane, Washington. As a Primary Care physician, you will join a highly motivated and skilled team that embraces a team-based model of care. This model includes an increased provider-to-medical assistant ratio (minimum 1:1.5), involvement of clinic RNs, prescription refill support, remote inbox coverage during absences, ambulatory pharmacists, and RN care navigators. The emphasis on teamwork ensures providers can focus on delivering high-quality care while supported by an extensive network of staff and resources.

The role offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $241,044 to $337,879 annually, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives as applicable. Additionally, the position features a generous call schedule designed to balance work-life demands. Providers may also have CME benefits available to support continuous professional development.
